Renard's "Carnet de l'Officier de Marine" (Paris, Berger-Levraut); and Lloyd's "Warships of the World"; Le Yacht, the Revista Marittima, the Marine Rundschau, the Proceedings of the United States Institute, Information from Abroad (United States Office of Naval Intelligence), the Jahrbucher fur dis Deutsche Armee und Marine, and the Mittheilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens, proofs were also sent to the leading torpedo-boat builders Messrs. Yarrow, Messrs Thornycroft, Messrs. Normand, Herr Schichau and Mr. J. S. White for corrections and additions.
