Abstract

'As the Agincourt, ironclad, now in dock at Keyham, is to carry the fish torpedo as part of her armament, one of the constructors and the foreman of the yard in charge of the ship have been ordered to proceed to Portsmouth, for the purpose of making themselves thoroughly acquainted with the torpedo fittings of the Thunder.'
