Abstract

A steel yacht fitted with twin screws built for Lord Alfred Paget was sold to the Government to be used as a steam launch was fitted with a new boiler designed and constructed by Lewis Orlick, Engineer, London, to burn liquid fuel using Wise, Field and Aydon's system.
