The second of two twin screw seagoing torpedo boats (length 150 feet, beam 14 feet, draught 5 feet three and a half inches; trial speed 20.086 knots) fitted with two inverted-vertical triple-expansion marine engines operating on steam supplied at 210 pounds per square inch by two Thornycroft water-tube boilers; armament, four 14-inch gunpowder impulse torpedo tubes, and two 3-pounder Nordenfelt guns mounted on recoil carriages.
