- Abstract
Messrs. Yarrow and Co., of Poplar, had scored another success with a boat [torpedo boat No. 79] they had just built for the British Government. In addition to achieving a mean speed of 22.39 knots the boat displayed manoeuvring powers that had never been equalled before.
