Abstract

In the future Russian sea-going torpedo boats were to be known by numbers instead of by name. The numbers 1 to 100 were reserved for local defence boats, 101 to 250 for sea-going boats in the Baltic, and from 251 onward to those in the Black Sea. The Vzryc [Vzruiv] and Sokol, were to retain their names.
