Descriptions and drawings of two classes of torpedo boats built for the United States battleships Maine and Texas. Apart from displacement there were very few differences between the two classes, those built for the Maine had a displacement of fourteen and three quarter tons, whilst the ones built for the Texas displaced twelve and a half tons.
