Abstract

Description and illustration of Messrs. Yarrow and Company's diverging torpedo tubes which were set at an angle to each other so that if a torpedo was ejected from each one simultaneously the two torpedoes would travel in diverging courses affording a better chance of striking an enemy's vessel.
