Abstract

'It was announced that three torpedo boats for conveying torpedoes to an enemy's ship are now building at Danzig for the use of the fleet of the German Empire. The boats are 60 ft. long, 7 ft. wide, and in the shape of a fish. They are propelled by steam, petroleum being the fuel used.'
