Abstract

A flotilla of seven or eight torpedo boat destroyers, which had been cruising along the coast in the neighbourhood of Liverpool, and the Mersey Estuary, was scheduled to go up the Manchester Ship Canal, to arrive at Manchester on the 25th of April and remain there until the 29th of April 1901.
