Abstract

The torpedo boat destroyer H.M.S. Havock (length 185 feet, beam 18 feet 6 inches, draught 7 feet 3 inches; displacement 275 tons), built by Messrs. Yarrow and Company, Poplar, for the British Government in 1894, was re-boilered by Messrs. Hawthorn, Leslie, and Company, Newcastle-on-Tyne, in 1899.
